Greensfelder Hemker & Gale, P.C. has a need for a full-time associate in the Chicago office, who will work with the nationally recognized Greensfelder Franchise & Distribution team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of transactional experience with a background in franchise, corporate, securities, or M&A transactions. We are seeking candidates with a willingness to take on responsibility with respect to client support and business development. Excellent analytical writing and communication skills required. Illinois license required.

Experience preferred in preparing franchise-related documents, such as:

• Franchise disclosure documents
• Franchise agreements and area development agreements
• Franchise state filings
