La Casa Norte is currently searching for their next Executive Director. The ideal candidate will be a strong, transformational leader and visionary with experience in the development and implementation of human services and poverty reduction programs, especially homelessness. The candidate must be culturally-informed and possess a unique talent for inspiring staff and volunteers, as well as demonstrated experience in managing partner relationships, responsibilities and agreements.
