MBG associates are actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s litigation work—from case investigation to discovery, briefing, and trial. Applicants must have excellent legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and analytic skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a demonstrated commitment to public interest work. MBG will consider 3L applicants, as well as applicants with 1-5 years of litigation experience. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with foreign language skills, specifically
Spanish or Mandarin, are encouraged to apply.
