The International Business Law Group LLC – Transactional and Litigation Associates

The International Business Law Group LLC is seeking both a transactional and a litigation attorney with more than 5 years of experience.  Candidates must have a strong work ethic and excellent research, drafting, analytical and critical thinking skills.

The firm provides services to a wide variety of profit and non-for-profit clients in the domestic and international arena.  The work focuses on a wide variety of matters, including, but not limited to day-to-day issues related to the clients’ business in an outside general counsel capacity, business transactional work, corporate structuring, as well as complex domestic and international commercial litigation involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and several other commercial law matters.

The attorneys must have an ability to work independently and turn around diverse work flow in an effective and timely manner.  The attorneys should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, as well as handling corporate and litigation work in several jurisdictions on an as-needed basis.

Attorneys with both transactional and litigation experience will be strongly considered.

Part-time will also be considered.
