We are seeking an experienced Trademark Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join our Intellectual Property Group. Must be able to independently handle trademark clearance searches/opinions, prosecute trademark applications, and manage domestic and international trademark portfolios, post-registration maintenance, enforcement matters, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. We are looking for someone on a PART-TIME- or FULL-TIME basis. We will also consider a 100% remote candidate if you are not located near one of our offices.

Requirements
Candidates must have a J.D., be admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction in the United States and have no less than five (5) years of relevant practice experience
Prior experience in Trademark Prosecution and management of domestic and international trademark portfolios
