Dykema seeks a staff attorney with 3-5 years of financial services and commercial litigation experience. Previous experience with mortgage-related litigation is required; experience representing banks, insurance carriers and lenders in such matters is preferred. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. Candidates must have strong writing and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and arguing motions and other pleadings, significant case development / management experience and experience with federal and local state courts. Admission to the Illinois Bar is required. Active admission to Indiana Bar or Wisconsin Bar is a plus. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript and a writing sample.
