Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join its construction transactional practice in one of the following of its offices: Boulder, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Fort Wayne (IN), Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, and Princeton (NJ). Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of construction-related contract transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, design agreements, subcontracts, supply agreements, service agreements, and related agreements, with specific experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Agreements. The candidate should be ready to apply that experience to interesting and challenging matters in a thriving and fast-paced practice. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.

Pursuant to Part 2 of the State of Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (C.R.S. §§ 8-5-201 to 8-5-203), employers are required to provide expected compensation for posted positions resident in Colorado. The salary range for this position in our Denver office is $205,000 – $245,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on experience. The range listed is just one component of Faegre Drinker’s total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
