The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation is hiring! We’re looking for an attorney with at least ten years’ experience to join our team as Chief of Prosecutions in the Division of Real Estate (DRE).
This individual will plan, develop, and implement statewide policies and procedures for the administration of the prosecutorial program in the Division of Real Estate. They will also serve as the supervisor for a team of prosecutors involved in statewide real estate prosecutions, including conducting formal hearings, negotiating settlements and managing a small caseload of the Division’s more complex and sensitive cases.
