Northwestern Pritzker School of Law is looking for a Director of Diversity, Inclusion & Outreach. The position has primary responsibility for supporting the Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Engagement with a focus on supporting students and alumni with identities that are underrepresented in law school and the legal profession. Duties include strategic planning, developing inclusion & belonging programs, counseling students, conducting diversity & inclusion training, and participating in student recruitment initiatives.
