Odelson, Murphey, Frazier & McGrath, Ltd. is seeking new attorneys to assist with litigation and labor-related matters in addition to general municipal, school, and township law client matters. The new attorneys will be tasked with representing clients in municipal prosecutions and will be assisting with the firm’s litigation caseload in both federal and state courts. Experience drafting, presenting/arguing motions and pleadings, and handling written discovery or oral discovery is a plus but not required. Municipal, school, township or other local government and/or labor and employment experience also a plus but also not required. The ideal candidate will also be able to work directly with local government clients to assist in their general governance matters and will be expected to attend board meetings.
