The Illinois Department of Revenue is seeking to hire Income Tax Litigation attorneys to represent the Department in complex income tax litigation hearings and cases. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel for Income Tax Litigation, the ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in litigation, civil procedure, state and federal tax laws, and administrative and regulatory functions. This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who can excel managing his or her own caseload while advancing the Department’s objectives of fair and efficient tax administration.
